Internet access Partial Network Outage - Location HTC Center

We are experiencing a hardware failure in one area servicing HTC Center network service. ITS technicians have identified the cause and are are working to resolve the issue. An update will be provided as progress is made. Anticipated downtime approximately 1 hour.
