WiFi - eduroam Eduroam Wireless Performance Issues

The main campus Wireless network, eduroam, is currently experiencing performance issues. Users on main campus may experience trouble connecting to eduroam. ITS is working with the vendor to resolve this issue.

  • Moving this to a fixed status.

  • We believe the main issue for all of the issues has been found and resolved. We will put this into a monitoring/watching status for a period to be sure

  • We are still working with the vendor to resolve the eduroam Wi-Fi issues for some users.

  • This situation is still presenting issues for some users. We are continuing to work with the vendor to resolve them.

  • The vendor has found and fixed the major issue. The vendor is still seeing that services are impacted. ITS is monitoring the situation.
