ITS Maintenance Notice - CS Gold impacting CINO card and related services

CCU’s vendor for CINO card services, CBORD, will be performing a required upgrade before the start of the spring semester, please plan accordingly.

Systems: CBORD CS Gold Server – CCU CINO Card Services

Maintenance Date and Time: Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, at 11 a.m. through Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023, at 5 p.m.

Duration: Four (4) Days

Impact: There may be periodic downtimes and/or possible interruptions for issuing new CINO ID Cards, the use of meal plans, and the use of CINO cash.

Issue Report - Internet Services and VoIP Telephone Services

CCU is currently experiencing intermittent issues with VoIP telephone services and Internet services. ITS technicians are working with Segra to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as we have more information.

Office 365 / Email Issue Report - Microsoft 365

Currently, users may experience log-in issues with Microsoft Teams and possibly other Microsoft applications installed on your computer. ITS is aware of the situation and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative. If you are experiencing issues, please use the web version of Microsoft 365 at https://portal.office.com until this issue is resolved.
