ITS Maintenance - Edwards Hall - EHFA - Monday, November 24th, 2025 5:00pm-7:00pm

ITS has a network system upgrade scheduled for Edwards Hall - EHFA. This upgrade will take no more than 2 hours to complete and will result in intermittent network and VoIP phone service outages primarily in rooms 100-135.

This is schedule to take place Monday, November 24th, 2025 between the hours of 5:00pm-7:00pm Please mark your calendars and be aware during this time there will be intermittent network and VoIP telephone outages.

Telephone Services Issue Report

We are experiencing an issue with telephone services that is affecting access to voicemail. ITS and SEGRA technicians are working to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as possible.

  • The service provider has resolved the issue. Voicemail access has been restored.

    Issue Report

    Microsoft is experiencing ongoing intermittent issues that are currently affecting the ability to login and access any of CCU services – such as Moodle and Office 365 – that authenticate via Microsoft Azure. ITS is aware of the situation and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.

  • Microsoft reports the issue is mitigated. Microsoft is closely monitoring the situation to ensure this does not recur.
