We are experiencing authentication issue with certain components on www.coastal.edu. The issue has been narrowed down to Microsoft Authentication. ITS technicians are working to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as more information is available.

    Telephone Services Issue Report

    We are experiencing an issue with telephone services that is affecting access to voicemail. ITS and SEGRA technicians are working to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as possible.

    Issue Report

    Microsoft is experiencing ongoing intermittent issues that are currently affecting the ability to login and access any of CCU services – such as Moodle and Office 365 – that authenticate via Microsoft Azure. ITS is aware of the situation and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.

  • Microsoft reports the issue is mitigated. Microsoft is closely monitoring the situation to ensure this does not recur.
