Cloud Authentication Fails

ITS has identified an issue affecting the ability for users to login and access CCU services – such as Moodle and Office 365 – that authenticate via Microsoft Azure. Backend services are being investigated.

  • The issue has been resolved.

  • ITS has temporarily rerouted authentication for Moodle. All CCU users should now be able to log in to Moodle until a permanent solution is implemented for Microsoft Azure authentication.

  • Server certificate issue. Vendor support incident ticket created.

    Microsoft 365 / Email Microsoft Office365 is experiencing issues

    Microsoft is currently experiencing some code link issues. Impact: user may experience 500 error codes when loading.

  • Move status to operational

  • Microsoft now reports the following:

    Current status: We've confirmed that the issue was caused by a routine service update which inadvertently contained a code issue that prevented some users from accessing their mailbox via Outlook on the web. We've reverted the change and have confirmed that service has returned for a majority of affected users. We expect full mitigation within the next 30 minutes.
