ITS Maintenance - Edwards Hall - EHFA - Monday, November 24th, 2025 5:00pm-7:00pm

ITS has a network system upgrade scheduled for Edwards Hall - EHFA. This upgrade will take no more than 2 hours to complete and will result in intermittent network and VoIP phone service outages primarily in rooms 100-135.

This is schedule to take place Monday, November 24th, 2025 between the hours of 5:00pm-7:00pm Please mark your calendars and be aware during this time there will be intermittent network and VoIP telephone outages.

VPN Services VPN maintenance

The following maintenance has begun:

Scheduled maintenance to affect VPN 3 minutes ago ITS has scheduled a maintenance reboot for the firewalls that terminate VPN users at gatekeeper2.coastal.edu

IMPACT: VPN connections will disconnect and be unavailable for about 20 minutes .

INFO: This is a necessary emergency maintenance to address critical security issues. This is scheduled during a time of lowest usage for least impact.

The maintenance is complete.
