WiFi - eduroam Eduroam authentication is currently experiencing issues

The authentication server that eduroam authenticates against is down. ITS is working with appropriate vendors to investigate and address the issue.

    WiFi - eduroam Wireless Connectivity Issues

    If you are experiencing WiFi connectivity issues on campus today, please check the MAC privacy address setting on your device. ITS has been investigating this issue and found that this is the cause for most of the problems. Your device address will change from time to time, contributing to connectivity issues when this option is turned on.

  • Please consider the troubleshooting steps to reconnect sent out via University email. Submit an Online Service Request for further assistance, if necessary.
