ITS Maintenance - Load Balancer supporting CCU essential services, such as Colleague, MyCCU, Self-Service, VPN services and more

ITS will be performing a required maintenance on the following system that supports many of CCU’s essential services and systems. Please plan accordingly.

System: Load Balancer

Maintenance Date and Time: Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024, beginning at 9 p.m.

Expected Duration: 5 minutes

Impact: The following services will be unavailable for about 30 seconds: VPN services, Colleague, Colleague UI, Self-Service, MyCCU, Perceptive Content services, and login access to PeopleAdmin.

Microsoft 365 / Email Issue Report - Microsoft 365 Services

Microsoft reports that users are experiencing issues accessing multiple Microsoft 365 services and features, such as accessing Outlook on the web, scheduling meetings, creating new teams/channels, and others. ITS is aware of the situation and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.
