Baxley Hall Network Equipment Upgrade

On Thursday November 14, 2024 between the hours of 5:30 am and 8:00 am, ITS will be performing a network upgrade on the equipment located in Baxley Hall.

Maintenance Date: Thursday, November 14, beginning at 5:30 a.m. through 8:00 a.m. Duration: 2.5 hours Impact: During this time, building occupants may experience intermittent network and telephone service outages.

ITS Maintenance – Load Balancer (supporting CCU essential services, such as Colleague, MyCCU, Self-Service, VPN services and more)

ITS will be performing a required maintenance on the following system that supports many of CCU’s essential services and systems. Please plan accordingly.

System: Load Balancer

Maintenance Date and Time: Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024, beginning at 11 p.m.

Expected Duration: 5 minutes

Impact: The following services will be unavailable for about 30 seconds: VPN services, Colleague, Colleague UI, Self-Service, MyCCU, Perceptive Content services, and login access to PeopleAdmin.

VPN Connectivity

We are experiencing a vendor issue that is affecting access to VPN services. ITS technicians are working with our service provider to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided when we have more information.
