    Issue Report - ITS developed web applications and forms

    ITS reports that there are currently performance issues for all ITS developed web applications or forms for various services on campus. Examples of ITS developed forms or applications include CCU Vehicle Decal Order form, Colleague Access Request form, and other custom developed forms and applications. ITS uses a third-party component in the applications, which is currently failing. The vendor and ITS are working together to resolve this integration issue. As estimated time for resolution is not yet available, but will be communicated as soon as possible.

  • The previously reported issues with ITS developed web applications or forms are now resolved. If you still need assistance with an ITS developed web application or form, submit an ITS Web Services ticket at https://5000.coastal.edu.

  • The ITS web services team expects to resolve the system integration issues by the end of today. We will update this notice accordingly once the resolution is completed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • The ITS web services team has performed a couple of temporary fixes on ITS web-based forms and application, until the integration issue is permanently resolved. Updates regarding a permanent resolution will be communicated as soon as possible.
