ITS Maintenance - TerminalFour (T4)

The following email has been sent to T4 Moderators on Sept. 2, 2025.

ITS has scheduled a required update for the TerminalFour (T4) system. Please plan accordingly.

System: TerminalFour (T4)

Maintenance Date and Time: Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, from 6-7 a.m.

Duration: 1 hour

Impact: T4 will not be available during the maintenance window. Normal operations are expected to resume on Tuesday, Sept. 16 by 7 a.m. ITS will inform users by email when T4 is available again.

VPN Services VPN services experiencing issues

Due to an issue with a circuit provided by our ISP, CCU is experiencing VPN issues. ITS is aware and has opened a case with the ISP provider.

  • The ISP vendor has confirmed restoration of services and are investigating the cause. This incident is now considered resolved as of 4/25/2025 19:51

    Microsoft 365 / Email Microsoft 365 Issues

    Microsoft 365 is experiencing ongoing intermittent issues. Impacted services may include, but aren't limited to, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps.

    ITS is aware of the situation, has reported the issues, and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.
