Self-Service Issue Report - Self-Service

ITS has received reports of intermittent issues when accessing Self-Service (https://sservice.coastal.edu/Student/). ITS is actively working with the vendor (Ellucian) to return functionality as soon as possible.

    We are experiencing an issue with hardware failure at Thompson Library that is affecting access to all network-related services. ITS technicians are working to replace the hardware. An update will be provided as soon as possible.

    Wired - Campus Network Issue Report

    We are experiencing issues in the following locations following weekend storms. Outages may include wired network, wireless network, and VoIP telephone services. The CCU Network team is troubleshooting and will work towards identification and resolution. We will provide updates as we are able.

    Penny Hall Coastal Science Center Tennis Complex Brooks West Zone

  • Network services have been fully restored.

  • Network issues in Penny Hall, Brooks West Zone, and the Tennis Complex have been resolved. Coastal Science Center may still be experiencing some issues with wired network access.
