Telephone Services Incoming calls to campus from outside callers are not working

We have been made aware of an issue with VoIP telephone services that is not allowing off-campus callers to reach campus phone extensions. We have opened a case with our provider Segra for assistance identifying and resolving the issue.

  • We have updated that a repair has been made correcting the issue. We will monitor for further reports.

    Moodle Moodle Issues

    We are currently experiencing degraded user experience with our Academic Moodle site. The Office of Academic Technology is actively working with our cloud vendor to resolve the issue.

  • In collaboration with our cloud vendor, the Office of Academic Technology has been able to identify and resolve the underlying issue causing degraded Moodle service. Moodle service has been fully restored.
