ITS Maintenance – Load Balancer (supporting CCU essential services, such as Colleague, MyCCU, Self-Service, VPN services and more)

ITS will be performing a required maintenance on the following system that supports many of CCU’s essential services and systems. Please plan accordingly.

System: Load Balancer

Maintenance Date and Time: Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024, beginning at 11 p.m.

Expected Duration: 5 minutes

Impact: The following services will be unavailable for about 30 seconds: VPN services, Colleague, Colleague UI, Self-Service, MyCCU, Perceptive Content services, and login access to PeopleAdmin.

Telephone Services Issue Report

We are experiencing an issue with incoming calls from off-campus callers. The reported issue states that incoming callers cannot be heard when calls are answered. ITS technicians are working with the provier to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
