ITS Maintenance Notice - Telephone Services

CCU’s internet and telephone service provider, Segra, has scheduled the following maintenance; please plan accordingly:

System: Segra - Telephone Services

Maintenance Date: Sunday, June 5, from midnight – 6 a.m.

Duration: Up to six (6) hours

Impact: Inbound and outbound calling should not be affected; however, this maintenance may interrupt telephone services for CCU users utilizing the remote Segra UNIFY app or Call Center Dashboard during the designated maintenance time.
