CCU Mobile App Issue Report

Currently, we are experiencing a publishing issue with the CCU Mobile App on the Android Platform. Due to a change in policy from the Google Play store, the CCU Mobile app is not available for download and some Android devices may experience problems with links on their devices. We are currently aware of the issue and are working to get this issue resolved. All iOS/Apple devices should not be impacted by this issue and should be working as expected.

CCU Shuttle Tracker Issue Report

ITS technicians are working with the vendor to resolve the partial outage issue. An update will be provided soon. CCU users may use the direct URL to access CCU Shuttle Tracker services during this time: https://coastalcarolina.ridesystems.net

WebAdvisor Resolution

Webadvisor issue has been resolved. All services restored as of 9:40 p.m.

WebAdvisor Intermediate Update

Webadvisor will temporarily go offline for about 20 minutes starting at 9:20 PM for a required software update to resolve the previously reported issues. An update will be posted as soon as service is restored.

WebAdvisor Intermediate Update

Ellucian/Datatel technicians have identified the issue and currently working with ITS system administrators on a resolution. Additional information will be provided as new updates are available.

WebAdvisor Issue Report

We are experiencing an issue with WebAdvisor that is affecting access to search/register and budget displays. ITS and Ellucian technicians are working to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided soon.

WiFi - CCUResNet Issue Report

We are experiencing an issue with hardware that is affecting access to WiFi-CCUResNet services in two locations (Cypress Hall & UP212). ITS technicians have located the issued and are awaiting replacement hardware to correct the reolve the issue. Estimated time-frame to resolution is 12:00pm EST Wednesday July 17th, 2019.
