Self-Service is a secure location for accessing university services, for instance, course registration and viewing grades for students. Employees access Self-Service to view faculty class rosters and manage employee leave, time cards, and more.

Work has been scheduled for Friday July 10th, 2026 beginning at 6:00am. This work may last up to 12 hours causing intermittent and long periods of down time for Internet services and VoIP in the following locations:
Coastal Science Center 450 Century Circle (all portions) Tennis Complex Intramural Fields building and Atlantic Hall
An important scheduled software upgrade has been scheduled starting Friday, July 9, 2021 at 1:30PM. Document retrieval, AP invoice approvals, AP Vendor Applications, graduation/graduate admission applications, upload forms, and all other Perceptive eForms will be unavailable during this time. Expected down time is approximately one hour.
Update 2:20pm due to increased record size in production vs test, the update is taking longer than anticipated to complete.
Update 3:15pm unforeseen issues have caused a delay in the upgrade; ITS is working diligently to complete required actions; anticipated additional down time 4 hours (7pm tonight)
Update: 6:10pm Perceptive Content’s upgrade is taking considerably longer than expected due to the large volume of records in production. It appears the time to complete the upgrade may run into tomorrow afternoon.

ITS will be performing maintenance on the following system, please plan accordingly.
System: CBORD CS Gold Server – CCU CINO Card Services
Maintenance Date: Friday, July 2 at 7 a.m.
Duration: 30 minutes
Impact: There is no expected downtime, however there may be possible interruptions for issuance of new CINO ID cards, use of meal plans, and use of CINO cash between 7-7:30a.m.
If you were previously experiencing issues in the last hour for accessing various systems, including eduroam wireless, Colleague UI, or WebAdvisor, all of the system issues are now resolved.
We are experiencing performance and access issues with various services. ITS is working to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as possible.
