Work has been scheduled for Friday July 10th, 2026 beginning at 6:00am. This work may last up to 12 hours causing intermittent and long periods of down time for Internet services and VoIP in the following locations:
Coastal Science Center 450 Century Circle (all portions) Tennis Complex Intramural Fields building and Atlantic Hall
ITS will be performing required pre-semester maintenance for the following systems; please plan accordingly:
System: Ellucian Colleague (Datatel)/WebAdvisor and SelfService
Maintenance Date: Sunday, Aug. 8 at 6 a.m.
Duration: 60 minutes
Impact: Colleague UI (Datatel), WebAdvisor, SelfService, and informer reporting functionality will not be accessible during the maintenance window.
ITS will be performing required software updates for the following system:
System: Firewall – Critical Security Updates
Maintenance Date: Beginning Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2021 at 5 p.m.
Duration: 1-2 hours
Impact: The devices being upgraded are the main internet Firewalls that protect the university local area network, including all critical services. This maintenance is essential and required before the fall semester starts. There are no anticipated interruption of services due to fail safe configurations in place.
Please be advised that the below scheduled maintenance activity will be conducted on the dates listed below. This is service impacting. Please plan accordingly.

Description of Work: Segra will be performing network grooms on our Broadworks web servers.
Impact: All Segra services will see up to a 10 minute outage.

Maintenance Date: Beginning today, Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 1 p.m.
Duration: 8-12 hours
Impact: The devices being upgraded are all WiFi controllers and access points. This maintenance is essential and required before the fall semester starts. There are no anticipated interruption of services due to fail safe configurations in place.
