ePRINTit Student Printing Maintenance

Maintenance Date: Thursday, Dec. 16 from 7-10 a.m.

Impact: There will be a disruption to student printing services located in all Computer Labs, University Housing Residence Halls/locations, and Kimbel Library during the maintenance window.

The cause for the outage has been identified and is under repair. Estimated time for repair by our service provider is currently 9:30pm. Additional updates will be provided as they are made available.

Our service provider has identified the issue is related to a fiber optic cut. Technicians are onsite working to restore communications. There has not been an estimated time for repair provided. Updates will be posted as they are made available.

We are experiencing an issue that affects analog phone lines. This includes fax lines, elevator communication lines, and alarm service lines. ITS and SEGRA technicians are working to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as additional information is known.

CCU services are experiencing effects from a reported outage of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers. This outage is causing slow loading or failures for systems and services that use AWS services, such as Respondus Lockdown Browser and Monitor, Ally, RIVS Interview Stream services, and potentially other systems/services using AWS as this issue persists. ITS is monitoring this situation as it evolves.
