ITS will be performing maintenance on the network storage system beginning on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5:00 a.m. During this maintenance window, primary network storage services (e.g., T: drive, U: drive) will be unavailable as updates are applied.

Your CCU computer may need to be restarted after the maintenance is completed (after 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11). End users can manually restart (reboot) their computers once the scheduled maintenance is finished.

If you are experiencing Cable TV outages on campus, this is due to construction at the softball stadium. Once the construction is completed, Cable TV services should be restored.

CCU’s student printing services vendor, ePRINTit, will be performing maintenance for the following systems; please plan accordingly:

Maintenance Date: Thursday, Dec. 16 from 7-10 a.m.
Duration: 3 hours
Impact: There will be a disruption to student printing services located in all Computer Labs, University Housing Residence Halls/locations, and Kimbel Library during the maintenance window.
ITS will be performing maintenance on the following system, please plan accordingly.
System: SafeConnect (Used for authentication to the CCU wireless network)
Maintenance Date: Thursday, Dec. 16, beginning at 12 a.m. through 6 a.m.
Duration: 6 hours
Impact: There are no expected impacts to SafeConnect services. ITS will monitor to ensure there are no unintended impacts to services during and after maintenance.
