We are currently experiencing network issues across campus. ITS is working with our vendor to further determine the situation and find a solution as quickly as possible.
SVPN services are experiencing service interruption due to a Segra data circuit issue. The vendor has the circuit down for intrusive testing to identify a congestion issue.
Faculty staff experiencing the issue should contact Service Center to acquire appropriated host to connect to for faculty staff.
CCU’s student printing services vendor, ePRINTit, will be performing maintenance for the following systems; please plan accordingly:

The CINO ID Card issue is now resolved.
CINO ID Cards are currently experiencing a partial outage due to an issue with CS-Gold services, which affects some CINO card services including adding funds and paying for printing services on campus. ITS and the vendor, CBORD, are working on a resolution.
