ePRINTit has resolved the printing issues. ITS confirmed that all the student printing services are functional and we are monitoring the system.
Student printing (ePRINTit) is currently experiencing an outage. ITS is working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
Notice: Beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, we will be rerouting internet traffic across the emergency internet circuit that is provided by Segra. This rerouting of internet traffic is done to certify the configured capacity of the circuit in the event of an emergency. Segra and ITS will be monitoring the performance during the test and will revert the traffic to the primary circuit should any issue be experienced. In the event of an issue, slow performance may be experienced for 5-10 minutes.

CCU’s internet and telecommunications vendor, Segra will be performing maintenance that will impact the following systems; please plan accordingly:

Maintenance Date: Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022, from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.
Backup Maintenance Date: Saturday, March 12, 2022, from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.
Duration: 5 hours
Impact: Telecommunication services will experience a brief interruption when the system is rebooted during the maintenance window.

Impact: CINO cash, Meal Plans, will not be available. Off-campus usage of CINO card will not be available. CBORD WS app will not function. CS-Gold will not be functional.
Maintenance is concluded for today.
ITS will conduct urgent maintenance for T4 today beginning at 2:15 p.m., with an anticipated downtime of 15 minutes. T4 access should return by 2:30 p.m. today.
Additional maintenance is scheduled for T4 beginning at 7 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 23. The anticipated downtime for tomorrow is 30 minutes.
