As of the most recent update received at 9:22pm analog phone services on campus has been restored.
Additional hardware issues are being investigated. Technicians have been dispatched to another location to troubleshoot further. There remains no estimated time of repair. Updates to this outage report will continue as we receive further information.
Crews have finished the repair where the identified fiber had been damaged. However, there continues to be loss of service through the provider. Additional technicians were dispatched this morning and continue to work diligently on restoring service.
Fiber cut has been located. Crews have been dispatched and are expected to be onsite around 10:30pm. There has not yet been an estimated time of repair provided.
We are experiencing an issue with analog phone service lines. The cause has been identified. There has been fiber line damage which has caused a mass outage affecting the Grand Strand area. An update will be provided as we receive further information.

Identified communication issues between CCU and eduroam proxy servers (externally). Put work around in place bypassing eduroam proxies while event was occurring. Communication issue seems to have been resolved and we have removed the bypass. We will continue to monitor for the time being.
Issues with one radius server identified. Opened case with Vendor. We have put a workaround bypassing this radius server while the vendor investigates.
eduroam access in Kimbel Library only is experiencing issues.
Last night, CollegeNET confirmed that all 25Live services have been fully restored to normal production levels.
25LIVE CollegeNET is currently experiencing technical issues that could result in slowed or interrupted Series25 services. CollegeNET Series25 Support Team is actively work to find solutions for these issues.
