Panorama for Digital Accessibility (in Moodle) provides organizations the unique ability to correct the accessibility of their digital content and provide alternative formats for users with learning disabilities.
Self-Service is a secure location for accessing university services, for instance, course registration and viewing grades for students. Employees access Self-Service to view faculty class rosters and manage employee leave, time cards, and more.

The YuJa Enterprise Video Platform is an all-in-one video experience to securely create, manage, discover, collaborate, and live stream video content across any device.

Maintenance Date and Time: Today, Friday, Jan. 13, 2023, beginning at 8 p.m.
Expected Duration: 3 Hours
Impact: Colleague, Colleague UI, Self-Service, WebAdvisor, and MyCCU will not be available.
CCU’s vendor for CINO card services, CBORD, will be performing a required upgrade before the start of the spring semester, please plan accordingly.
Systems: CBORD CS Gold Server – CCU CINO Card Services
Maintenance Date and Time: Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, at 9 a.m. through Jan. 7, 2023, at 5 p.m.
Estimated Duration: Four (4) Days
Impact: There may be periodic downtimes and/or possible interruptions for issuing new CINO ID Cards, the use of meal plans, and the use of CINO cash during the maintenance window. The system will be completely down beginning at 9 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023 through Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023.
This maintenance may affect other CINO Card Services, which may include possible interruptions to door access on campus. Once the system upgrade is complete, all users will be notified through University email.
1/7/2023 Update: CCU’s vendor for CINO card services, CBORD and ITS are resolving residual issues and performing additional testing from the server upgrade. If you experience issues with CINO ID Card Services, contact ITS at https://5000.coastal.edu to report the issue.
1/10/2023 Update: CCU photos are restored for student, faculty, and staff in Self-Service and the CCU Faculty/Staff Directory: https://www.coastal.edu/hreo/workplace/directory/.
1/11/2023: All CINO ID Card Services should be operational. ITS and CBORD are continuing to monitor systems.
1/13/2023: The CBORD CS Gold Server – CCU CINO Card Services upgrade is complete as of Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 11, 2023. ITS and the vendor, CBORD, continue to monitor systems and services. Thank you for your patience.
