Self-Service is a secure location for accessing university services, for instance, course registration and viewing grades for students. Employees access Self-Service to view faculty class rosters and manage employee leave, time cards, and more.

We are experiencing an issue with TutorTrac that is affecting access to scheduling and using TutorTrac services. ITS is working with the vendor, Redrock Software, to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as one is available.

Maintenance Date and Time: Tuesday, March 7 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Duration: 3 Hours
Impact: The Ticketing System / KACE Appliance will not be available during the maintenance window due to a required systems upgrade and maintenance. This maintenance impacts the availability of the ITS, University Marketing and Communications, Human Resources and Equal Opportunity, Institutional Research, Assessment and Analysis, Athletics Digital Services, and Academic Affairs Division ticketing systems for the duration of the maintenance window.
ITS has scheduled maintenance for CCU's web content management system, TerminalFour, please plan accordingly.
System: TerminalFour (t4)
Maintenance Date & Time: Monday, March 6, 2023, beginning at 8 a.m.
Duration: All day
Impact: TerminalFour (T4) will undergo a required system upgrade. T4 will not be available during the entire maintenance window. This maintenance impacts the availability of editing or adding content in T4. Please do not log into T4 to make any web content changes until the maintenance is complete. Normal operations are expected to resume on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. ITS will notify T4 moderators when T4 is available.
