Microsoft has resolved the previously reported issues with viewing and accessing Microsoft 365 apps or services. Microsoft continues to monitor the situation to ensure no additional issues arise. ITS continues to monitor and remain in contact with Microsoft representatives.
Microsoft reports that some users may be unable to view or access Microsoft 365 apps or services. ITS is aware of the situation and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.
The KACE Ticketing System / KACE Systems Management Appliance outage is resolved and all ticketing systems are operational.
ITS technicians have been working collaboratively with vendor support to resolve the current outage with the KACE Ticketing System / KAC Systems Management Appliance. The system may be down over the next several hours as ITS and the vendor work to restore the system and resolve the outage completely. If you need an alternative way to contact any of the organizations affected by this outage, please visit the organization’s websites or review the list of suggestions in the recent universitywide email for alternative contact information (phone, email, or in person), until the system is restored completely. Once the system is fully restored, ITS will notify the CCU community.
We are experiencing an outage with the KACE Ticketing System / KACE Appliance and ITS technicians are working with the vendor to resolve this issue. This outage issue impacts the availability of the ITS, Student Computing Services, Moodle Services, University Marketing and Communication, Human Resources and Equal Opportunity, Institutional Research, Assessment and Analysis, Athletics Digital Services, and Academic Affairs Division ticketing systems. An update will be provided as soon as possible.
