Self-Service is a secure location for accessing university services, for instance, course registration and viewing grades for students. Employees access Self-Service to view faculty class rosters and manage employee leave, time cards, and more.

Work has been scheduled for Friday July 10th, 2026 beginning at 6:00am. This work may last up to 12 hours causing intermittent and long periods of down time for Internet services and VoIP in the following locations:

Systems: Micros Simphony-CS Gold Interface (Registers at food locations on campus)
Maintenance Date and Time: Monday, May 15, 2023, after 2 p.m.
Expected Duration: 1.5 hours
Impact: A majority of the upgrade will occur outside of CCU Dining hours. A reboot of the system may impact register services for a brief period.
