ITS has scheduled a required maintenance for the following system, please plan accordingly.

Maintenance Date and Time: Friday, July 21, 2023, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Duration: 3 Hours
Impact: The T4 system will not be available during the maintenance window. Normal operations are expected to resume on Friday, July 21, 2023, by 3:30 p.m.
2:15 p.m. Update: Maintenance is complete. T4 is available to access and use for website updates.
The previously reported issues with CCU VPN Services are resolved.
We are experiencing issues with VPN Services, with potential impact to other internet services. We are working with our Internet Service provider, Segra, to determine the cause. The issues span across to Columbia, SC as well. Updates will be provided as Segra works to identify and resolve the issue.
Ellucian engineers have restored services with Ellucian Experience - MyCCU.
We are experiencing an issue with MyCCU (https://myccu.coastal.edu/). MyCCU is currently experiencing a service outage and Ellucian engineers are currently working to resolve the issues. Updates will be provided as soon as possible.
