Panorama for Digital Accessibility (in Moodle) provides organizations the unique ability to correct the accessibility of their digital content and provide alternative formats for users with learning disabilities.
Self-Service is a secure location for accessing university services, for instance, course registration and viewing grades for students. Employees access Self-Service to view faculty class rosters and manage employee leave, time cards, and more.

The YuJa Enterprise Video Platform is an all-in-one video experience to securely create, manage, discover, collaborate, and live stream video content across any device.

Work has been scheduled for Friday July 10th, 2026 beginning at 6:00am. This work may last up to 12 hours causing intermittent and long periods of down time for Internet services and VoIP in the following locations:

Perceptive Content required maintenance is now complete. All services have been restored.

Maintenance Date and Time: Friday, July 5, 2024, from 1:15-7:15 p.m.
Duration: 6 hours
Impacts: Perceptive Content will be unavailable. Faculty and Staff users will not be able to retrieve documents or approve perceptive forms during this time. In addition, new forms cannot be submitted. The following online systems for students will also be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Impact: Anticipated interruption will not exceed 10-15 minutes for all internet network and telephone services for the following buildings: Singleton, Student Health Services, Hampton Hall, Brooks Stadium, Hackler, Kingston, Mense, Arcadia, Wheelwright, Indigo, Prudential, Kearns Hall, Energy Plant, Wall College of Business, Prince, Softball and Baseball Stadium, Public Safety, Baxley, Kimbel Library, Bryan Information Commons, Atheneum and The Gardens residence halls.
