Panorama for Digital Accessibility (in Moodle) provides organizations the unique ability to correct the accessibility of their digital content and provide alternative formats for users with learning disabilities.
Self-Service is a secure location for accessing university services, for instance, course registration and viewing grades for students. Employees access Self-Service to view faculty class rosters and manage employee leave, time cards, and more.

The YuJa Enterprise Video Platform is an all-in-one video experience to securely create, manage, discover, collaborate, and live stream video content across any device.
Zoom is a collaborative web-conferencing tool that is easily adaptable for online learning and working environments.

Duration: 30 minutes
Impact: Perceptive Content will be unavailable and users will not be able to retrieve documents or approve invoices/forms during this time. In addition, new forms cannot be submitted. ITS is notifying students that the following online systems will also be unavailable during the maintenance window.

The Office of Academic Technology is actively working with our Moodle hosting vendor to resolve connectivity issues.
UPDATE 7/22/2024: Moodle access issues are restored as of July 22 around 4:15pm.
System: TerminalFour (T4) (https://t4.coastal.edu)
Maintenance Date and Time: Monday, July 22, 2024, from 6-7 a.m.
Duration: One Hour
Impact: The T4 system will not be available during the maintenance window. Normal operations are expected to resume on Monday, July 22, 2024, at 7 a.m. T4 users will receive a notice when T4 is available to access and use for website updates.
