ITS has scheduled a required update for the TerminalFour (T4) system. Please plan accordingly.
System: TerminalFour (T4)
Maintenance Date and Time: Friday, Jan. 31, 2025, from 1-3 p.m.
Duration: Two hours
Impact: T4 will not be available during the maintenance window. Normal operations are expected to resume on Friday, Jan. 31 by 3 p.m. ITS will inform users by email when T4 is available again.
CCU’s vendor for CINO Card services, CBORD, is performing a required upgrade for the CINO Card services system, CS Gold. View the maintenance details and potential impacts for CINO Card services below. ITS will send out an email notice as soon as the maintenance is complete.
System: CBORD CS Gold Server for CCU CINO Card services
Maintenance Date and Time: Monday, Jan. 27, 2025, from 7-9 a.m.
Expected Duration: 1-2 hours
Impact: There may be periodic downtimes and/or interruptions for issuing new CINO Cards, the use of meal plans, and the use of CINO cash throughout the maintenance period. Door access should work off of an offline database, so if an individual has used their card at that location before, they should still have access during the upgrade. If they haven't used their card for a door location before, someone may have to let them into that location. However, some door schedules may be interrupted. Additionally, food locations will cache the transactions and therefore not deny any transactions.
