Panorama for Digital Accessibility (in Moodle) provides organizations the unique ability to correct the accessibility of their digital content and provide alternative formats for users with learning disabilities.
Self-Service is a secure location for accessing university services, for instance, course registration and viewing grades for students. Employees access Self-Service to view faculty class rosters and manage employee leave, time cards, and more.

CCU is experiencing VPN issues. ITS is aware and has opened a case with the ISP provider.
On Friday May 16, 2025 between the hours of 6:30 am and 8:00 am, ITS will be performing a network upgrade on equipment located in Wheelwright.
Maintenance Date: Friday, May 16, beginning at 6:30 a.m. through 8:00 a.m. Duration: 1.5 hours Impact: During this time, building occupants may experience intermittent network and telephone service outages.
CCU’s vendor for CINO card services, CBORD, will be performing required systems maintenance, which may result in brief, scheduled interruptions to food service registers/terminals.

Maintenance Date and Time: Wednesday, May 14, 2025, from 9 a.m. - (updated) 3 p.m. and Thursday, May 15, 2025, beginning at 11 a.m.
Expected Duration: 6 hours
Impact: During the maintenance window, the Simphony system will be down for one hour, however, there is minimal impact expected for food service registers/terminal operations. Additionally, food service registers/terminals throughout campus will be interrupted for about 15 minutes for individually scheduled register upgrades. We appreciate your patience during this required maintenance as there may be temporary interruptions during the maintenance window.
