CCU’s vendor for CINO Card services, CBORD, is performing a required upgrade for the CINO Card services system, CS Gold on Thursday, June 12 at 3 p.m. View the maintenance details and potential impacts for CINO Card services below.
System: CS Gold System for CCU CINO Card services
Maintenance Date and Time: Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 3-5 p.m.
Expected Duration: 1-2 hours
Impacts: There may be periodic downtimes and/or interruptions for CINO Card Services and door access, such as issuing new CINO Cards, the use of meal plans, and the use of CINO cash for any purchase on or off-campus throughout the maintenance period.
For food locations that are open on campus and off-campus retailers, the terminals should store transactions in offline mode and services should not be interrupted.
Also, due to current system configurations, door access in Thompson Library, Hampton Hall, and ACE (615 Hwy 544) buildings will not work in an offline mode, and will experience interruptions during the maintenance window – please plan accordingly.
For all other campus buildings, door access should work off of an offline database, so if an individual has used their card at that location before, they should still have access during the upgrade. If they haven't used their card for a door location before, someone may have to let them into that location. However, it is possible that some door schedules may be interrupted.
ITS will send out an email notice when the maintenance is complete.
