Telephone Services VoIP Telephone services - issue reported

There has been an issue reported with VoIP telephone services affecting both incoming and outgoing calls. ITS is working with our service provider to identify and resolve the issue. An update will be provided as more information becomes available.

We have been updated by our campus telephone service provider that services have been fully restored. If you are still experiencing call quality issues please contact the ITS service center for assistance.
