VoIP Telephone services - issue reported Wednesday April 29, 2026, 2:00 pm
There has been an issue reported with VoIP telephone services affecting both incoming and outgoing calls. ITS is working with our service provider to identify and resolve the issue. An update will be provided as more information becomes available.
We have been updated by our provider: The cause of the issue has been identified and repairs are underway. Estimated time of repair completion is 6:30pm EST. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
