Issue Report - Microsoft 365 Issues Tuesday November 2, 2021, 12:00 pm

Microsoft 365 is experiencing ongoing intermittent issues. For example, users can't access or open files in Microsoft 365 services. Impacted services may include, but aren't limited to, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps.

ITS is aware of the situation and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.

Microsoft has reported the issues with opening and accessing files in Microsoft 365 are resolved. Microsoft suggests that users may need to refresh their browser or restart their app to see resolution.
