We are experiencing an outage with the KACE Ticketing System / KACE Appliance and ITS technicians are working with the vendor to resolve this issue. This outage issue impacts the availability of the ITS, Student Computing Services, Moodle Services, University Marketing and Communication, Human Resources and Equal Opportunity, Institutional Research, Assessment and Analysis, Athletics Digital Services, and Academic Affairs Division ticketing systems.
