Issue Report - MyCCU Monday August 21, 2023, 9:15 am

We are experiencing a partial outage with MyCCU ( We are working with Ellucian, the vendor for MyCCU, to determine the cause. Updates will be provided as Ellucian works to identify and resolve the issue with MyCCU.

The scheduled maintenance was successfully completed as planned by Ellucian engineers. Ellucian engineers continue to monitor closely.

MyCCU ( access is restored and operational. Ellucian engineers have made MyCCU enhancements throughout the day and improvements in performance are observed.

Maintenance Notice: There will be a period of downtime tonight, Aug. 21, 2023, between 10 p.m. Eastern to 2 a.m. Eastern on Aug. 22, 2023, while Ellucian engineers make additional changes to improve performance with MyCCU.

Ellucian engineers are still working on the full restoration of services.

Ellucian engineers have identified the issue causing problems for some MyCCU users and are working on remediation. We will provide updates as Ellucian continues to make progress.
