We have had reports of poor voice quality on incoming telephone calls. We are working with the service provider to identify the root cause. Updates will be provided as they become available.
The telephone / voice quality and voicemail issues for incoming campus calls has been resolved.

Service providers believe they have identified the location of the issue but have not yet identified the root issue. Voice traffic has been temporarily rerouted to provide better services until the issue is fully resolved.

ITS reports additional issues of failed inbound call audio from calls outside of the university. The support cases with SEGRA and HTC are still open, Segra is onsite with a technician to investigate further.
