There is an issue with telephone services that is affecting incoming calling services. Segra (formerly Spirit) is working to identify the issue.

The telephone service performance issues have been resolved as of 9:00 a.m. 8/1/2019.

The cause of the telecommunications performance issues has been identified. Due to an influx of inbound telephone traffic, standard resources provided by upstream carriers have been taxed.
Our service provider is working with upstream carriers to get the facilities for this VoIP telephone traffic expanded to be able to accommodate the high volume of inbound calls. There is currently no ETR provided; updates will be made as we become more informed.

Our telephone service provider continues to investigate reported inbound call connectivity issues.
There are no major service outages reported with our service provider; they are working with other service providers to determine the issue.
