Microsoft 365 / Email Issue Report - Microsoft 365 Issues

Microsoft 365 is experiencing ongoing intermittent issues. For example, users can't access or open files in Microsoft 365 services. Impacted services may include, but aren't limited to, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps.

ITS is aware of the situation and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.

  • Microsoft has reported the issues with opening and accessing files in Microsoft 365 are resolved. Microsoft suggests that users may need to refresh their browser or restart their app to see resolution.

    Telephone Services Issue Report

    We are experiencing an issue with phone services campus wide. ITS technicians are working with our telephone service provider to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as possible.

  • We have been updated by our service provider. Phone services have been restored.

  • The service provider has reported a global issue related to the telephone service outage on campus. They are working to isolate and resolve the issue. There is not yet an estimated time of repair.
