ITS Maintenance – Load Balancer (supporting CCU essential services, such as Colleague, MyCCU, Self-Service, VPN services and more)

ITS will be performing a required maintenance on the following system that supports many of CCU’s essential services and systems. Please plan accordingly.

System: Load Balancer

Maintenance Date and Time: Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024, beginning at 11 p.m.

Expected Duration: 5 minutes

Impact: The following services will be unavailable for about 30 seconds: VPN services, Colleague, Colleague UI, Self-Service, MyCCU, Perceptive Content services, and login access to PeopleAdmin.

Maintenance Notice - HTC Fiber Relocation Impacts to Internet and Telephone Services for select areas

Next week on Thursday, Nov. 21, HTC will be relocating fiber for the Highway 501 widening project. Please plan accordingly.

System: Internet and Telephone Services

Maintenance Date and Time: Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024, from 7-7:30 a.m.

Duration: 30 minutes

Impact: ITS has prepared an alternate path for internet traffic to move to while HTC performs the fiber relocation work. The involved fiber will affect BCCMWS, CSC, Tennis, Atlantic Hall and 450 Century Circle. Traffic may be interrupted for 20 seconds when they break the fiber and another 20 seconds when they reconnect the fiber.
