Panorama for Digital Accessibility (in Moodle) provides organizations the unique ability to correct the accessibility of their digital content and provide alternative formats for users with learning disabilities.
Self-Service is a secure location for accessing university services, for instance, course registration and viewing grades for students. Employees access Self-Service to view faculty class rosters and manage employee leave, time cards, and more.

Work has been scheduled for Friday July 10th, 2026 beginning at 6:00am. This work may last up to 12 hours causing intermittent and long periods of down time for Internet services and VoIP in the following locations:
Coastal Science Center 450 Century Circle (all portions) Tennis Complex Intramural Fields building and Atlantic Hall
The issues previously reported with the academic network access in the Wall College of Business Building are now resolved.
The issue has been identified and resolved.
ITS is currently addressing an issue with faculty accessing the academic network in the Wall College of Business Building. ITS technicians are working to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as possible.

Maintenance Date: Wednesday, Aug. 18 from 6-6:30 a.m.
Duration: Up to 30 minutes
Impact: T4 will not be available for login.
All internet issues appear to be resolved.
To enhance CCU internet performance, Segra and HTC will be performing internet routing changes today, Aug. 24, 2021, starting at 5 p.m. No service interruption is expected.
In an effort to mitigate internet bandwidth issues, the vendor has scheduled the following emergency maintenance; please plan accordingly:
System: Segra Network – all Internet services
Maintenance Date: Tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 20 from 5 – 6 a.m.
Duration: Up to 60 minutes
Impact: The maintenance window is for 1 hour with expected service interruption of 30 minutes.
CCU’s internet service provider, Segra is still in the process of resolving all internet connectivity and speed issues that were previously reported. Currently, we are seeing the connectivity and speeds return to normal, but they are still working to identify the cause and we could experience some lingering issues.
Currently, CCU is experiencing internet connectivity issues and low speed, which is the result of the issues our internet provider, Segra is experiencing. ITS is in communication with the vendor to determine when this situation will be resolved.

Duration: All day
Impact: All student printing services in all Computer Labs, University Housing Residence Halls/locations, and Kimbel Library will not be accessible.
On Tuesday, August 10, we will be performing system maintenance on our Moodle servers. Users can expect to experience downtime between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM EDT.
