System: Wired Internet and VoIP telephone services for Singleton Hall Maintenance Date and Time: Friday August 21, 2026 6:00am-7:00am Duration: 1 hours with intermittent interruptions throughout Impact: During this maintenance window, the occupants of Singleton Hall may experience intermittent outages for wired internet services and VoIP telephone services.

CCU’s eduroam wireless service uses a digital certificate (safeconnect.coastal.edu) for secure user authentication. This digital certificate is renewed every year and is scheduled to be renewed on Monday, Dec. 18, 2023. ITS will communicate additional details through CCU email on Dec. 8, 2023, and followed by email reminders on Dec. 18, 2023, and Jan. 8, 2024.
