The vendor has identified and resolved the reported issue. Services are restored and operational.

ITS has scheduled a required update for the TerminalFour (T4) system. Please plan accordingly.
System: TerminalFour (T4)
Maintenance Date and Time: Friday, Jan. 31, 2025, from 1-3 p.m.
Duration: Two hours
Impact: T4 will not be available during the maintenance window. Normal operations are expected to resume on Friday, Jan. 31 by 3 p.m. ITS will inform users by email when T4 is available again.
