Panorama for Digital Accessibility (in Moodle) provides organizations the unique ability to correct the accessibility of their digital content and provide alternative formats for users with learning disabilities.
Self-Service is a secure location for accessing university services, for instance, course registration and viewing grades for students. Employees access Self-Service to view faculty class rosters and manage employee leave, time cards, and more.

The issues are resolved.
Microsoft 365 is experiencing ongoing intermittent issues. Impacted services may include, but aren't limited to, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps.
ITS is aware of the situation, has reported the issues, and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.
On Thursday April 10, 2025 between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., ITS will be performing a network upgrade on equipment located in the second floor ITS Network closet in HTC Center.
Maintenance Date: Thursday, April 10, 2025; beginning at 5:30 a.m. Duration: 2.0 hours Impact: During this time, building occupants may experience intermittent network (wired and wireless) and telephone service outages; primarily affecting 2nd floor services.

Users report experiencing an error when accessing the Transient/Special Enrollment Request Form. ITS is aware of the issue. An update will be provided as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
CCU’s vendor for CINO Card services, CBORD, is performing a required upgrade for the CINO Card GET application: https://get.cbord.com/coastal/full/prelogin.php. View the maintenance details and potential impacts for services below. ITS will send out an email notice as soon as the maintenance is complete.
System: CCU CINO Card – GET application
Maintenance Date and Time: Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 8-9 a.m.
Expected Duration: 1 hour
Impact: The GET application allows students (and parents) to manage their CINO Card accounts, discover dining options, and more. It offers useful details about account balances and transaction history, and lets you report a lost or stolen card anytime, day or night. Please note that during this maintenance period, there may be intermittent outages or disruptions; please avoid adding CINO Cash or Extra Dining Dollars, uploading ID photos, or reporting a lost card during the maintenance. You will receive an email notification once maintenance is complete.
