Phone service is routed back to normal & service is stable. Marking this issue resolved.

Segra reports that they had a global 5 minute service interruption and are investigating the cause. However, they have reported that service is currently restored. ITS will wait until 5:00pm to re-route phones back to the main circuit so that current calls are not interrupted during business hours. We will monitor service after the re-route at 5:00pm

ITS has identified where the issue is and routed around it. We are opening a case with Segra (provider) to have the issue addressed.
