HTC and Segra reports the fiber has been repaired and while confirming service we found service was restored at 7:25pm
The root cause has been identified and confirmed as an HTC service issue caused by fiber cut. ITS technicians were informed that the repair team is in route. There was not an estimated time frame provided.
CCU is currently experiencing a network service outage at University Place due to an HTC service interruption. This affects the wired network, wireless network, and VoIP (telephone) services at UP. ITS technicians are monitoring this situation with HTC while they resolve their service interruption. An update will be provided as soon as we have more information.
