Baxley Hall Network upgrade

On Wednesday May 14, 2025 between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 am, ITS will be performing a network upgrade on equipment located in Baxley Hall.

Maintenance Date: Wednesday, May 14, beginning at 7:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m. Duration: 1.0 hours Impact: During this time, building occupants may experience intermittent network and telephone service outages.

ITS Maintenance Notice - Micros Simphony System affecting registers at food service locations on campus

CCU’s vendor for CINO card services, CBORD, will be performing required systems maintenance, which may result in brief, scheduled interruptions to food service registers/terminals.

Systems: Micros Simphony-CS Gold Interface (affects registers at food locations on campus)

Maintenance Date and Time: Wednesday, May 14, 2025, from 9 a.m. -1 p.m.

Expected Duration: 4 hours

Impact: During the maintenance window, the Simphony system will be down for one hour, however, there is minimal impact expected for food service registers/terminal operations. Additionally, food service registers/terminals throughout campus will be interrupted for about 15 minutes for individually scheduled register upgrades. We appreciate your patience during this required maintenance as there may be temporary interruptions during the maintenance window.

WebAdvisor Issue Report - WebAdvisor

We are experiencing an issue with WebAdvisor that is affecting access to various services. ITS technicians are working with our vendor to further determine the situation and a solution as quickly as possible.

Internet access Issue Report - Internet Connectivity Issue at CCU due to Off-Campus Outage

We are experiencing internet connectivity issues due to an off-campus outage. ITS is working with Segra and HTC to address this issue at CCU and determine when there will be a resolution to restore internet access at CCU and the off-campus outage. An update will be provided as soon as possible.

WebAdvisor Issue Report - WebAdvisor Single-Sign-On

ITS is in the process of correcting a Single-Sign-On issue for CCU users for WebAdvisor. At this time, CCU users may have difficulty logging in to WebAdvisor, however, ITS is working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Microsoft 365 / Email Issue Report - Microsoft 365 Issues

Microsoft 365 is experiencing ongoing intermittent issues. For example, users can't access or open files in Microsoft 365 services. Impacted services may include, but aren't limited to, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps.

ITS is aware of the situation and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.
