Network upgrade for Atlantic Hall

ITS will be performing maintenance on the network servicing Atlantic Hall. Please plan accordingly.

System: Internet and Telephone Network Equipment for Atlantic Hall

Maintenance Date and Time: Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, from 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m.

Duration: Expected impact is 30-45 minutes

Impact: During this maintenance window, the occupants of the building will experience intermittent outages for all internet and VoIP telephone services.

ITS Maintenance - TerminalFour (T4)

The following email has been sent to T4 Moderators on Sept. 2, 2025.

ITS has scheduled a required update for the TerminalFour (T4) system. Please plan accordingly.

System: TerminalFour (T4)

Maintenance Date and Time: Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, from 6-7 a.m.

Duration: 1 hour

Impact: T4 will not be available during the maintenance window. Normal operations are expected to resume on Tuesday, Sept. 16 by 7 a.m. ITS will inform users by email when T4 is available again.

Telephone Services Issue Report

On Thursday, Oct. 3, we had reports of intermittent issues with incoming call audio from off-campus callers. Reports state that the incoming caller cannot be heard.

A case with the service provider was opened along with call examples. The service provider has indicated that the issue was isolated and the issues are resolved.

However, if you experience this issue please document the incoming caller ID phone number the on-campus extension the caller was trying to reach, the time/date of the call, and a brief description of the issue. Submit that information through a telephone support ticket by visiting 5000.coastal.edu
