Maintenance Date and Time: Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Duration: 1.5 Hours
Impact: The Ticketing System / KACE Appliance will not be available during the maintenance window due to a required systems upgrade and maintenance. This maintenance impacts the availability of the ITS, Student Computing Services, Moodle Services, University Marketing and Communication, Human Resources, Institutional Research, Assessment and Analysis, Athletics Digital Services, and Academic Affairs Division ticketing systems for the duration of the maintenance window.
6 p.m. Update: Maintenance is in progress. 6:40 p.m. Update: Maintenance was successful and is complete.
AWS has remediated the issue with core services used by a number of Ellucian products, including MyCCU. Ellucian Engineers will continue to monitor, but services are now restored.
MyCCU (Ellucian Experience) is recovering from the AWS service interruption. Ellucian engineers are coordinating with AWS on full remediation of the issue and will provide additional updates as they monitor service health.
MyCCU (Ellucian Experience) is currently experiencing a service outage due to an Amazon Web Services service interruption. Ellucian Engineers are currently working with AWS to remediate this issue.
We are experiencing an issue with MyCCU (https://myccu.coastal.edu/). ITS and the MyCCU vendor, Ellucian, are working to further determine the situation and a solution. An update will be provided as soon as possible.

System: Network Services
Maintenance Date and Time: Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 5 to 6:30 a.m.
Duration: 1.5 Hours
Impact: ITS must reinstall the Sands Hall network gear following the building’s renovation. This requires network service downtime. Network services will be affected in the following buildings: Facilities 1, Facilities 2, Facilities 3, Facilities 4, and Facilities 5.
7:28 A.M. UPDATE: Maintenance is ongoing due to technical issues. We will send an update as soon as possible.
8:49 A.M. UPDATE: Maintenance is complete. All network services are online.
Microsoft has resolved the previously reported issues.
Microsoft reports that users are experiencing issues accessing multiple Microsoft 365 services and features, such as accessing Outlook on the web, scheduling meetings, creating new teams/channels, and others. ITS is aware of the situation and is monitoring progress through our Microsoft representative.
All functionality has been restored for Perceptive Content Imaging Services. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure that it does not happen again. Thanks for your patience.
We are still experiencing issues and we are currently working with Dell to resolve it. Thanks for your patience.
We will need to apply an immediate patch that will make all Perceptive Content services temporarily unavailable today (6/05/23), starting at 11:20am until 11:40am. The process should not take longer than 20 minutes of downtime. Thanks for your understanding.
